Imvu used to be a great company/program but has gotten worse over the years because they have gotten greedy. I am tired and exhausted from blocking his accounts just to have him make more and start all over again. HQ NEEDS TO ALLOW US THE OPTION TO TURN OFF FEED POST COMMENTS TO ANYONE NOT IN OUR FRIENDS LIST BECAUSE THIS IS TOTAL POOP. by the way, this idiot found some of our social media accounts when we dont know how. the ability to block actions from other avatars should be available to everyone as well, not just to VIP users. Hundreds of people have asked them to implement the option to only allow Feed Post comments by people in their friends list but they ignore that too. Thousands of people have complained about harassment issues but imvu hq doesnt care enough to take action, they just care about the money they're getting. We have been harassed for 2+ Years by some dumb guy who spams our feed posts then deletes his account to make a new one over and over after we block him. Players have been begging for years for better account security because hacking is really bad on this app and it is worse.

I showed evidence of my email of registration and because it was changed I had to confirm my identification through the now changed email that the hacker used to confirm a change, yet why was I not emailed to verify email transfer nor a password change? In other words, because IMVU refuses to add second verification nor any account security because they believe hackers do not exist and we simply give our passwords away, I lost all my credits and all my work that were worth over 100 pounds and my perks that were only limited from years ago. My VIP was lifetime from years ago before it was subscription base so I was able to create without paying. Turns out the hacker changed my password and email, I emailed IMVU and they told me that I need to billing information on the account, except I never paid for anything digitally, I bought the cards from Tesco so I had no evidence. I checked my email to see if it was the correct one, it was because I found an email with my username so I was hacked. I used an avatar checker to look at my account to see if I was hacked, it said I was last online in 2015, but I never had the app on my computer for years, when I bought a new computer I never downloaded the app. I decided to come back in 2016 and I was unable to login, I did a password reset and received no email. IMVU's conclusion was that I had given my password away even though I in fact quit in 2014.
